I offer counselling and wellbeing support in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you are encouraged to explore your experiences openly. Therapy is a collaborative process, and while you will be met with empathy and understanding, you may also be gently and respectfully challenged in ways that support insight, growth, and positive change.

My work supports young people (aged 14+) and adults, and includes help with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, family, relationships, education-related stress, and personal development. Sessions can be offered in person or online and are tailored to your individual needs using different approaches which suit you.
